1. Purpose and Scope

TapNow is a space for people and organizations to create, collaborate, find inspiration, and share work. These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") apply to your use of the TapTV community, public sharing features, collaborative spaces, and other interactive areas of the Services operated by Tamar AI Inc. under the TapNow brand ("TapNow," "we," "us," or "our").

The Guidelines apply to content, prompts, uploads, generated or edited materials, links, comments, messages, usernames, profile information, and conduct associated with your account. They supplement the TapNow Terms of Service made available through the Services. If you do not agree, do not participate in community or sharing features.

2. Three Core Rules

1. Create responsibly. Use the Services to create, not to harm. Respect intellectual property, privacy, consent, and the rights of others.
2. Treat people with dignity. Disagreement is allowed; threats, harassment, hatred, exploitation, and abuse are not.
3. Keep the Services safe and trustworthy. Do not use TapNow for illegal activity, deception, security abuse, or content that creates a serious risk of harm.

3. Intellectual Property

You may upload, generate, edit, or share content only when you have the rights and permissions necessary to do so.

Allowed

• Using materials you created or are authorized to use.
• Creating original or meaningfully transformative work consistent with applicable law.
• Using reference materials for inspiration, research, or another use permitted by the relevant license.
• Making good-faith commentary, criticism, parody, or other uses protected by applicable law.

Not Allowed

• Uploading or sharing pirated, stolen, or unlawfully copied materials.
• Reproducing another creator's work or a protected character, logo, trademark, or design in a manner that infringes or falsely implies sponsorship.
• Removing copyright, attribution, rights-management, provenance, watermark, or AI-disclosure information without authorization.
• Selling or presenting content as commercially cleared merely because it was generated or displayed through TapNow.
• Submitting knowingly false copyright or intellectual-property complaints.

TapNow may not identify every infringement. The presence of content on the Services does not mean TapNow has cleared it for commercial use. You remain responsible for reviewing your content and obtaining any required permissions.

4. Privacy, Likeness, and Consent

Respect people's privacy and control over their identity.

You may not:

• expose private or confidential information, including addresses, credentials, financial information, medical information, private communications, or other doxxing material;
• use the likeness, voice, identity, or personal information of another person without an appropriate legal basis or required consent;
• impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive or harmful manner;
• create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized imagery of a real person, or malicious deepfakes;
• use face, voice, or other identity-related materials to facilitate fraud, harassment, surveillance, or unauthorized biometric identification; or
• upload another person's information when you do not have authority to process it.

Public figures may be the subject of commentary, satire, newsworthy expression, or other lawful uses, but content may still be restricted when it is deceptive, exploitative, threatening, sexually explicit, or likely to cause serious harm.

5. Child Safety and Sexual Exploitation

TapNow has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors, whether real, generated, simulated, or illustrated.

You may not create, upload, request, share, or link to:

• sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18;
• grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexual solicitation involving minors;
• content that sexualizes a minor or a person presented as a minor; or
• instructions intended to facilitate child exploitation.

We may remove content, preserve relevant information, suspend accounts, and report apparent child exploitation to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

6. Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You may not use the Services to:

• promote or praise violence, exclusion, or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, veteran status, or another legally protected characteristic;
• threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, or repeatedly target another person;
• encourage others to harass or abuse a person or group;
• use slurs or degrading stereotypes to attack a protected group; or
• celebrate or support organizations primarily dedicated to violent extremist or hateful activity.

Context matters. Educational, documentary, counterspeech, artistic, or newsworthy content may be allowed when it does not promote harm and includes sufficient context.

7. Sexual and Graphic Content

Do not post or publicly share pornography, explicit sexual activity, fetish content intended for sexual gratification, graphic nudity, graphic violence, gore, or content celebrating severe injury.

Limited non-graphic nudity or sensitive material may be allowed for legitimate artistic, medical, historical, educational, or documentary purposes when lawful and appropriately presented. Non-consensual intimate content and sexual content involving minors are never allowed.

8. Violence, Self-Harm, and Dangerous Activity

You may not use the Services to:

• make credible threats or encourage violence against a person or group;
• praise, coordinate, or provide operational support for terrorism or violent extremism;
• provide instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing or serious physical harm;
• promote or encourage suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, or dangerous challenges;
• facilitate trafficking, illegal weapons activity, or other serious criminal conduct; or
• depict violence in a manner intended primarily to shock, terrorize, or celebrate suffering.

Supportive, preventive, recovery-oriented, documentary, or educational discussion may be allowed. If we believe there is an imminent risk of serious harm, we may contact emergency services or other appropriate authorities where permitted by law.

9. Fraud, Deception, and Manipulated Media

You may not:

• conduct scams, phishing, identity theft, financial fraud, or deceptive impersonation;
• fabricate evidence, credentials, endorsements, customer reviews, or official documents for a fraudulent purpose;
• distribute materially deceptive manipulated media in a way likely to cause significant harm;
• falsely state that content was created, certified, endorsed, or legally cleared by TapNow;
• conceal AI generation or alteration where disclosure is required by law, these Guidelines, or the receiving platform; or
• remove legally required AI labels, provenance metadata, or safety disclosures.

Satire, parody, fiction, and creative expression may be allowed when they are not presented deceptively and do not otherwise violate these Guidelines.

10. Illegal and Regulated Activity

Do not use TapNow to buy, sell, promote, or facilitate illegal goods or services. This includes illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, stolen property, trafficking, forged documents, unauthorized gambling, malware, and services designed to evade law enforcement or legal restrictions.

Content involving regulated industries must comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, advertising rules, and age restrictions. TapNow may restrict such content even when it is legal in a particular location if it creates material safety, compliance, or platform risk.

11. Spam and Platform Abuse

You may not:

• post repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited promotional content;
• manipulate engagement, impersonate users, or operate coordinated fake accounts;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated systems except through interfaces TapNow authorizes;
• distribute malware, malicious links, or code intended to compromise systems;
• bypass rate limits, account restrictions, moderation, access controls, or safety systems;
• probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization; or
• interfere with another person's use of the Services.

Good-faith security research must be conducted only through a program or written authorization provided by TapNow.

12. Responsible AI Use

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

Do not use AI-generated content as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions. Do not represent uncertain AI-generated information as verified fact. Add disclosures, labels, or human review where required by law, professional standards, or the context of use.

13. Reporting Violations

Use the reporting tools available in the Services or email contact@tapnow.ai. Include enough information for us to locate and evaluate the content, such as the URL, account name, project or content identifier, screenshots, and the reason for the report.

Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. We may keep the reporter's identity confidential from the reported user except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to investigate or resolve the matter.

Copyright complaints should follow the notice requirements in the TapNow Terms of Service.

14. Enforcement

We use automated systems, user reports, specialist review, and other information to enforce these Guidelines. Depending on context, severity, history, intent, and risk, we may:

• reduce distribution or restrict sharing;
• label or place a warning on content;
• remove or disable access to content;
• restrict specific features;
• issue a warning;
• temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account or workspace;
• preserve information relevant to an investigation;
• notify an organization administrator; or
• report conduct to authorities where required or appropriate under law.

We may take immediate action without prior notice in urgent safety, security, legal, or child-protection cases. We do not guarantee that we will identify or remove every violation, and our failure to act in one instance does not waive our right to act later.

15. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, follow the appeal instructions in the notice or email contact@tapnow.ai with the subject line "Community Appeal." Include the affected account or content, the decision being appealed, and the reason you believe it should be changed.

We may decline repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or untimely appeals. A successful appeal may result in restoration of content or account access, but copies may remain in backups, legal records, or materials lawfully shared before removal.

16. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines to address changes in law, technology, safety risks, or the Services. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required by law.
