Welcome to the TapNow Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. TapNow reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate account that violates these Terms or engages in activities that may negatively impact TapNow’s brand, reputation, users, or business performance.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Program is subject to application and approval by TapNow. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to receive payouts through the Program’s designated partner platform in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. TapNow may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote TapNow in a professional, ethical, and transparent manner.
• Provide accurate information about TapNow products and services.
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws, regulations, and platform policies.
• Maintain high-quality traffic sources and user experience.
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships when required by applicable laws (including the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in other jurisdictions).

Affiliates may promote TapNow through websites, blogs, YouTube, social media platforms, newsletters, and online communities. All content must provide accurate product information, reflect genuine product experience, and follow applicable advertising disclosure requirements.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 General

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, misleading, or unsupported claims about TapNow.
• Misrepresent themselves as TapNow employees, representatives, or official channels.
• Use promotional methods that may damage TapNow’s reputation.
• Create fake reviews, publish fabricated testimonials, impersonate TapNow, or use unauthorized brand assets.

3.2 Fraudulent or Misleading Traffic

Affiliates may not use forced clicks, forced redirects, fake buttons or misleading landing pages, fake download links, misleading advertisements, or any method designed to trick users into clicking affiliate links.

3.3 Cookie Stuffing and Attribution Manipulation

Affiliates may not use any method to manipulate tracking or attribution, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, click injection, attribution hijacking, unauthorized tracking modifications, or any technology designed to overwrite another partner’s referral attribution.

3.4 Toolbar, Browser Extension, and Software Traffic

Affiliates may not use browser toolbars, browser extensions, desktop applications, plugins, or software installations, or any technology that automatically inserts, replaces, or modifies affiliate links without clear user consent.

3.5 Brand Keyword Bidding (SEM)

Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on TapNow branded keywords, including “TapNow,” “TapNow App,” “TapNow Login,” “TapNow Pricing,” and misspellings or variations of TapNow trademarks. Affiliates may not purchase paid search ads that compete with TapNow’s own brand campaigns, or use branded terms such as “TapNow official website,” “TapNow login,” “TapNow coupon,” or “TapNow pricing” in paid search.

Affiliates conducting search engine marketing must use only generic, non-branded keywords; clearly identify themselves as independent promoters; and ensure advertisements do not appear to be official TapNow advertisements.

3.6 AI Product Claims

Because TapNow provides AI-powered creative tools, Affiliates must ensure all product claims are accurate. Affiliates may not guarantee specific results from using TapNow; claim that TapNow can completely replace professionals; make unsupported statements regarding AI performance; publish misleading comparisons against competitors; or claim features that are not officially available.

3.7 Coupon, Cashback, and Incentive Traffic

Coupon, cashback, loyalty, reward, and incentive-based Affiliates require prior written approval from TapNow. Without such approval, Affiliates may not create unauthorized coupon codes, promote fake discounts, offer cashback rewards, or use incentives to artificially increase conversions. TapNow reserves the right to reject commissions generated through unauthorized incentive traffic.

3.8 Retargeting and Remarketing

Affiliates may not use unauthorized retargeting or remarketing campaigns, methods that interfere with TapNow marketing activities, or any method designed to intercept existing customers. Prior approval from TapNow is required for retargeting activities.

3.9 Email Marketing

Affiliates conducting email marketing must obtain proper user consent, comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable regulations, and clearly identify the sender. Affiliates may not send spam emails, purchase unauthorized email lists, or pretend to be TapNow.

3.10 Trademark and Brand Usage

Affiliates may use TapNow trademarks and marketing materials only for approved promotional purposes. Affiliates may not register domains containing TapNow trademarks, create accounts impersonating TapNow, modify TapNow logos, or claim official partnership status without approval.

4. Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable law, including the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in other jurisdictions.

5. Traffic Quality and Commission Review

TapNow reserves the right to review affiliate traffic and transactions. TapNow may reject or reverse commissions generated through fraudulent activity, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, low-quality traffic, prohibited promotional methods, or abnormal subscription activities.

6. Payouts

Commissions are tracked and paid through the impact.com platform in accordance with the partner contract presented upon approval. Commission rates are set forth solely in that partner contract and are not stated in these Terms.

7. Program Termination

TapNow may suspend or terminate any Affiliate relationship if these Terms are violated, TapNow’s brand reputation is negatively affected, fraudulent activity is detected, or traffic quality does not meet TapNow standards.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the TapNow Affiliate Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. TapNow reserves the right to update these Terms when necessary.
