TapNow Enterprise is a Creative OS for brands, marketing and commerce teams, agencies, and studios. It brings AI models, Apps, a shared canvas, and team workspaces into one system, keeping briefs, references, workflows, versions, and deliverables connected.

Teams can use the image, video, and other generation models currently available through TapNow, alongside Apps for generation, editing, and workflow execution. The catalog evolves; sales will confirm model availability, credit allocation, and plan scope before purchase.

TapNow supports commercial creative work across advertising, product content, social media, and client projects. Rights depend on the selected model, source material, applicable law, and your enterprise agreement. Applicable terms and restrictions can be reviewed before purchase.

Without separate affirmative authorization, TapNow does not use non-public Customer Content to train or improve general-purpose models offered to unrelated third parties. Data processing, retention, and third-party model data-handling requirements can be reviewed during procurement and security assessment.

TapNow Enterprise supports SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, centralized permissions, and workspace controls, with protection for data in transit and at rest. The SOC 2 Type 2 report and materials relevant to GDPR/CCPA and security reviews can be requested from sales during procurement.

Plans are tailored to seats, shared credits, generation volume, support, and deployment needs. Share your team size and primary use cases, and sales will provide a tailored quote and contract terms.

Teams can bring briefs, references, and assets into a shared canvas, generate, edit, and collaborate in TapNow, then move outputs into downstream production. Required connectors and integration scope can be confirmed during solution design.

After the plan is agreed, TapNow helps configure the organization workspace, member access, shared credits, and first workflows using a real project. Timing depends on team size, security review, and deployment scope.
